Scenarios:
This project looked at grain bin safety, something that the average person doesn’t know a whole lot about. To help others understand the project and gain the most valuable input from them, I needed something that easily conveyed the problem. This was a balance between understanding the real risk and not making this comic too light.
Journey mapping:
This map is an ongoing project with Health Canada, looking at the path that persons with disabilities go through to get accommodation at work. This map incorporates how they are feeling, who is involved and points of interference. This map will be used to better explain what these employees go through and understand how we an create a better experience for them.
