Workshopping:
This workshop involved ideating with members from various teams at BlackBerry. I brought in PlayMobil and created personas based on them. The participants were asked to create ideas based on these personas. This workshop was geared to generate as many ideas as possible, but I hosted many others with various end goals such as getting everyone on the same page, understanding a new technology, creating a better team dynamic.
Brainstorming:
This was the start of a year long group project and we all seemed quite overwhelmed by the possibilities after we went on some tours of user’s homes. To get back on track, I organized an ideation session that involved listing joy and pain points and quickly sketching on each of these topics.
Regrouping:
Working on the same group project, I was looking to regroup and assess all of the insights that I had gained through research, user testing and prototyping. Rowen, another group member had never done this before and was looking to learn.
